At Green Hill Trader LLC, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@greenhill-usa.com. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that all returns must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and include all accessories, if applicable.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. If you received the incorrect item, we will also replace it at no additional cost to you.
Please note that we will not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged. Any returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
