We offer free standard shipping for all orders above $50. For orders below that amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will vary based on the destination and the shipping method you select. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can track your package and know when to expect it.
We take great care to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at Support@greenhill-usa.com within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We also want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we have a return and refund policy in place. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return please contact our customer service team at Support@greenhill-usa.com. They will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that all returns must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and include all accessories, if applicable.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. If you received the incorrect item, we will also replace it at no additional cost to you.
Please note that we will not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged. Any returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
